Mindful Moving Meditation Classes
Our moving meditation is a series of gestures, engaging the whole body.
These classes are adapted from a combination of Tai Hoi and Chi Gung, which I first discovered during my karate journey and have since then, made the practice my own for Zenrobics.
The main intent is to remove any negative energy and emotions you may be carrying, and make space for new, clean, positive energy to take its place.
These practices strengthen both body and mind, as well as encouraging us to breathe deeper into the horah.
Lastly, we end the practice by gathering and rebalancing the qi - pronounced ‘chee'.
