Being fully qualified at and registered here at Zen02 (we are qualified to 'Master Trainer' level - L4) means that we can't recommend anything faddy or bandwagonny.
So, in support of our mindful programmes, we teach mindful meditation practices in line with the UK Government's proven scientific evidence shown on the official website (nice.org.uk).
Each of our Tuesday mini-mindful sessions last about 10 minutes. You can catch them live if you are an online member of our Zen02 'Connected' group, or you can sample them on video recording for free on this page.
The format is as follows:
There are 3 sequences within each mini-mindful session, each lasting about 3 minutes.
In the following example, we start with the qigong based meditation mindful moves of the 1st and 2nd brocade plus the Bear Parts the Clouds.
